Inhale slowly 3 times, filling your lungs and gently releasing your breath. Feel your body relax and surrender to the flow of the river. Walk into the river and allow yourself to become one with the flow. Leave all of your worries with the physical self and allow your fluid self to move with the river. Feel the joy of the fish as they gently swim around you, softly touch the moss-covered rocks, Surrender- you are safe here, you are loved. You are free to stay here as long as you want. When you are ready to return take a deep breath and return to your wholeness fully refreshed.
