Inhale slowly 3 times, filling your lungs and gently releasing your breath. Feel your body relax and surrender to the pond as you gently immerse yourself in the wonderfully refreshing water. Surrender yourself to the water. Allow joy to fill you. Allow yourself to move with the water. Feel the joy of nature all around you, Surrender- you are safe here, you are loved. Move to the waterfall and le the gently cascading water flowing over the waterfalls flow over your entire body, becoming fully cleansed and deeply free of all pain and stress. You are healing from inside out. You are free to stay here as long as you want. When you are ready to go back step into the pond and swim to shore, take a deep breath and return to your room feeling fully refreshed and rejuvenated.
